To
promote the development of Industrial by providing a common
platform to the industrial Units of the Association.

To
provide facilities for exchange of information And opinion of
interest to industries of the Association.

To
Co-operate with industrial, business, educational and research
institutions and other organizations in the collection and
exchange of information pertaining to industries.
-
To
establish a library and build up a collection of books,
periodicals and papers, films and other audio-visual aids on
industries and also arrange for their distribution.
-
To
undertake studies, surveys and research.
-
To
undertake professional, technical and management consultation
service.
-
To
organise common service facilities for its members.
-
To
co-operate with other Industrial Association in India with the
intention of reciprocation and furthering the objectives of the
Association and, I with this end in view, to affiliate groups
and bodies and also by getting itself affiliated to any National
Body, if considered necessary.

To
undertake enquiries and action for securing
redress for legitimate grievances of any branch of trade,
industry, commerce or manufacture and also all such other
actions as may be conducive to the extension of commerce,
industry or manufacture or incidental to the attainment
of the above subjects.

To
promote, subscribe to become members and co-operate with any
Association within or outside Rajasthan whether incorporated or
not, whose objects are wholly or partly identical with, or
similar to those of this Association, such information as may be
likely to further the objects of the Association.

To
establish where-ever and whenever necessary, offices or agencies
within or outside Rajasthan and appoint agents in order to carry
out the objects mentioned herein.

To
Secure, wherever possible, organise and or concerted on all
subject involving the interest of members including regulating
and harmonizing service conditions of employees and labour.

To
improve the standard of the workmanship and technical efficiency
of the employees.
-
To
purchase, take on lease or hire, or otherwise acquire any
movable or immovable property, equipments, instruments, tools,
materials, goods for the general use of the members or any
rights or privileges necessary or convenient for the purpose of
the Association.

To
construct, upon any premises acquired for the Association, and
buildings for the Association and to extend and/or to rent out
any such building.
-
To
obtain from Government or local authority, (Municipal Authority
or any other competent authority in India or outside India, any license, order or concession or any other facility from the
statutory, official or private authority for enabling the
Association to achieve its objects;

And
generally to do all that be necessary and incidental in the
interest to achieve the above objects of the Association
directly or indirectly.

To
have representations in the various bodies set up by State
government, Central Government, Autonomous bodies for the
benefit of the Association.

To
accept financial assistance of any kind to achieve the objects
of the Association;

To
promote Labour Welfare activities other philanthropic activities
for the welfare of the Society.

Liabilities
of the members will be limited.
-
In
case of disolvement of the Association, the property assets will
not be distributed amongst the members of the Association but
the same will be transferred to any other organisation having
the similar objects or as per the directives of the High Court.
